The Big Window

We took out a wall and put in glass. The mountain is in the room.

The neighbours thought we had lost our minds when we cut through the valley wall. Now they come by to look.

The bed faces the glass, the hanging stove warms the whole room in twenty minutes and there are two armchairs on the terrace. There are no heavy curtains, so you wake up with the light.
